Silence Meditation


When you listen to inner silence, all sounds become beautiful.

Find a spot where you can lie still for a fair amount of time.

Aim for a location where you will not be disturbed.

Close your eyes……

Breathe in and out and take note of your breath and pulse rate slowing.

Begin to really listen to the sound of your body breathing….in… and …out

Listen…

Listen…

Then tune out the sound of your breath, and focus on any sounds from within.

What do you hear?

Listen closely

Where is the Source?

Now, envision stepping in to that silence.

Be silent.

Hear silence.

Be.

Linger here awhile.

When you are ready…keep your eyes closed and begin to see the room around you.

Eyes closed…listen to your breath

Then open your eyes when you are ready.
