Absolute Resolute

How to Succeed with Your New Year’s Resolutions

January 9th 2010

9:00am – 6:00pm

  • Still battling the same issue, that last year you promised yourself you would resolve?
  • How much better would you feel if you had followed through with it?
  • Has the problem actually escalated?
  • Wouldn’t it be nice to attain that goal, and feel successful, fulfilled and empowered?
  • If you could make attaining that goal easier, would you?

Absolute Resolute” is your path to lasting success!

The normal New Year’s Resolution often fails because it is based on behavior and will power alone. This regular method fails to address your skills, capabilities, beliefs, values, who you are individually and your true purpose. During this workshop, you will address each aspect mentioned, to ensure that your goals are realistic, true to your personal values, and powerful enough that you will stay true to them unwaveringly and easily.

Identify and address the hidden benefit of NOT attaining last years resolutions:

Every behavior that you do has a positive intent, even your not-so-helpful or negative behaviors. Identify and address what the positive aspect of not achieving your goal is, then keep the positive aspect, and eliminate the potential of future self sabotage.

Take charge. Cause > Effect.

Step away from feeling powerless over your outcome and circumstance, and take responsibility for attaining your goals. Find your sense of personal power and strength, and propel yourself to the next level of success.

Establish steps & mentally rehearse your success:

Generate new behaviors and run them through your mind, before actually trying them out, to ensure ecology, foresee necessary adjustments, access helpful alternatives, and test the feelings it evokes.
