Love Your Body Boot Camp

We invite you to join our amazing group of like minded individuals, who are getting FIT, appreciating there bodies and most importantly having FUN!

11:11 Boot-camp classes are like no other – they invite you to challenge your body in new and exciting ways, while honouring the individuality of your capabilities and physical gifts.

Each class is set up to push your physical limits, while still feeling like play. My belief is that fitness must first and foremost be fun, and have a sense of play and love for our bodies, no matter how they look or feel. While physical activity in this manner, will make you FIT and STRONG (because – let’s face it – that’s an AWESOME result we all LOVE), we focus on appreciating ourselves exactly as we are in the moment.

Classes include:

– aerobic conditioning drills
– calisthenics
– kick-boxing drills
– pilates
– endurance
– core
– strength
– power
– yoga

Sept – Oct session
Monday & Wednesday nights 6:30 – 7:30 pm

$80.00 – 1 night a week

$150.00 – 2 nights a week

Please bring water, proper clothing and a mat.
