Five Essential Factors to make your resolutions, not just resolutions, but LIFE LASTING CHANGE 
* Time
How much time can you realistically commit to your goal each day?
~ Commit to doing ½ of what you think you can do.
For example, if you think you can walk 1 hour a day, walk for ½ hour a day.  Work with the “less is more principle”, so not to overwhelm ourselves or burn ourselves out.

~ Only take on 3 steps or action items per week
~ And as well, if you do not move forward with these 3 steps above, do not move on to anything else, continue to focus on them until they become natural
* Energy
How much energy do you have to build the life you dream of?
~ What might you need to reduce or minimize to give yourself more energy or allot it better?
~ Would it be beneficial to start with stress reduction?
~ What items can you combine together to reach your goals with less stress – ie stretch while you watch your favourite TV show.
* Willingness
Gauge your willingness on a scale of 1 – 10
1 being unwilling to change or uninspired, and 10 being 100% committed to creating change and ready to take action.
~ If you are not a 7 rating or above, re-evaluate your dream for authenticity, and ask yourself who are you making this change for, and for what purpose?
~ If not feeling ready to commit; ask yourself ; what else might you dream of instead, or what would you want to change if you could change anything?
~ If you have trouble identifying your real-life dream, identify what your nightmare would be… how do you not want to live?
~ Meditate and journal on what your dream is
* Finances
Know what you can afford to follow through on your dream
~ Take steps as needed, and remember little steps and incremental progress are still progress, Rome wasn’t built in one day. 
* Equipment and Resources
Know what resources and support you want and need, then get it!

Having the right person to help you create your dream, the right resources, knowledge and equipment can make all the difference.  

Seek out a coach or mentor who you feel a connection with and who you feel can help get you to where you want to be.

Make 2016 and the rest of your life a time to Invest in YOU and go “All in”.
